Motor City Electric Co.'s digital presence no longer reflected the scale and complexity of the organization. With multiple disconnected websites, inconsistent user experiences, and fragmented brand touchpoints, the challenge was to create a unified digital platform that could better represent the company's capabilities while supporting recruitment, business development, and brand perception.

As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for developing the website wireframes, designing the end-to-end user experience, and creating a cohesive visual system across the entire site. Through UX research and site architecture planning, I helped transform six subsidiary websites into a single, streamlined platform while maintaining the unique identities of each business unit. I designed more than 20 capability pages, 60+ case studies, and key sections including careers, safety, leadership, and company information.

The result was a modern, user-centered website that strengthened the Motor City Electric Co. brand, improved navigation and content discoverability, and delivered a more cohesive digital experience across every touchpoint.
